I have a visitor visa of Canada till august and I want to travel to Canada in July and stay there until September?
Can I come and stay until September?

You can try but there is never any guarantee about how long you will be allowed to remain until you enter Canada. If you have enough savings and strong ties to your home country (job, home, etc.) to prove that you won’t be remaining in Canada you should be able to remain until September.
