Extension of work permit

hi everyone , i came here as international student in sep 2012 , and my course ended up in april 2013( 8 months pg course ).i started working in a private firm here on my PGWP, but now the employer is not ready to apply for my lmo. my visa is going to end in june 23,2014.What can i do to maintain my status now here. please guide me.

There is no option to extend a PGWP and it is a one-time visa, so you will not be able to get another one in future. You can see if you qualify under any of the economic PR streams or try to find an employer willing to do the LMO/work permit process. If you can't, then you will not be able to continue working in Canada and will have to leave when your permit expires in June.
