Hello good People,
Need expert suggestions to evaluate my current scenario.
Currently I'm working as An PGD Instructor which is NOC Type A job from Jan,20.
My Job contract will expired in Jan,21
but my PGWP will expired in Nov,20.
In that case,
What will be best and possible solutions to extend my Work Permit.
The College is willing to provide Continuation Letter and as well as extend the contract term instead of providing LMIA.
So please give your expert opinion and thanks in advance. Cheers.

You'll need to find out if your job is LMIA exempt.

If you already got an ITA and submitted your PR application you can apply for a BOWP within 4 months of your current permit expiring.

If not, you will need a valid job offer (LMIA) from your employer.

Work permits cannot be renewed like that without a basis.

Thanks, I'm working on my PR profile but have some missing documents like IETLS.
do I need to provide the same NOC type in my pr profile, cause I worked as a retail merchandiser full time for 4 months and now from Jan,20 I'm working as an Instructor
