Dear

I would be very much helped if you please suggest me what to do when the following happened .

after sending a notification of the birth of the child ,CHC Singapore sent an instruction to send some specific documents to the visa office . Baby's individual passport is among them.a 60-day time line is also given to submit all those documents .

now the problem I am afraid of is : now- days , in our country, it is taking more long to have machine readable a passport of the new born. although,I initiated all the documents for the passport to be reached in time. I mean within 60 days still i am really deeply worried about the passports arrival in time ! at this point of time , please advise me what to do? should i write it to the visa office of the delay or appeal for an extension of the time line for submitting documents.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

imu, if you don't receive the MRP on time then send the reaming documents with note explaining the situation .. that would be fine .. but MRP shouldn't take more than 30 days though ...

If you really think that you are not gonna get the passport on time, just send them an explanation letter stating the reasons. Send as well a photocopy of a proof that you have applied for the passport, and just waiting to receive it.

Do mention in the letter that you will send it as soon as you receive it.

Good luck.
