Extension for Biometric

Hi..We have received biometric instruction letter on 25 AUG 2023 & due to some health issue passenger couldnt go for biometric , so we want to know that can we use the same Biometric instruction letter for scheduling new appointment for Biometric..please advise

You can't use it because the 30-day deadline to use that letter has passed. Contact IRCC to request a new one.
