Extending work permit under public policy

Hi,
I am on PGWP and is trying to extend my work permit for 18 months as per the public policy. I am confused what to tick for question no.3 on IMM5710. Since I am already on my PGWP which is an open work permit which option should I choose from the following four. Please advise.


The options are:

* An extension of a work permit with the same employer
* A work permit with a new employer
* Restoration of your status as a worker
* An initial or an extension of a temporary resident permit
