Extending TRV and filing for outland PR application

Hello,

Please advise on my situation:

[1] I am from India married to a canadian citizen. We have been married for 5 years. I came to Canada on the 15th of November 2009 and my TRV is valid till the 15th of May 2010. I am thinking of extending my stay [this is my first extension request] and I note from the CIC website that I should apply atleast 30 days before expiry date. Can I still apply for extension?

[2] I will be processing outland PR application at New Delhi office. We plan to send our application to Mississauga office next month. Can I send in PR application materails while the "TRV extension' is being processed? Or do I have to wait till I hear from CIC on TRV extension and then send PR application?

I would appreciate your feedback.

I believe you have an answer elsewhere.

1) Yes you can apply, send it immediately.
2) You can send the PR application when you have all the required documents, you do not have to wait.
