Extending Temporary Residence Visa (Visitor Visa) from within Canada....

My wife is here in Canada on a Temporary Residence Visa (Visitor Visa) that will expire on Dec 17 2013, is It possible to extend this Visitor Visa until her PRV is finished .

Her PRV is supposed to be finished by July 27th 2014 (26 months after Sponsor Approval) so that would mean she would need an extension for at least 7 more months - is this possible ??

Yes, you can apply for another visitor visa online for $75.

Apply 30 days before her current one expires

She should ask for a one year extension so that she doesn't have to extend her status again before she gets PR. Include proof of the PR app and proof that you guys can support her extended stay.
