I came from USA to Canada, and at immigration I told them that I will be leaving in 2 weeks, but now I have pushed my return tickets by an additional week. Am i suppose to inform anyone about this?

I have come to Canada using a Visitor visa.

Is there any stamp on your passport? or did they give you a visitor record?

if you have got a stamp or visitor record--> you can stay upto the mentioned date on it.

if there no stamps or visitor record --> you can stay up to 6 months from date of entry.
