Hi, Good day, I have some little flaws with my Visitor Visa, because it was expired on Aug.31 already, but I still submitted all the applications that were asked for.
And I got the letter from IRCC, It says:
“ This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We require your passport to finalize processing your application.”
That’s a exactly good news to me, but after this sentence, it has Passport requirements, which include:
“ -Your passport must be valid for the duration of your expected length of stay in Canada.
-Please note that we cannot issued a visa beyond the expiry date on the passport.”
I don’t really know if it’s about the expiry of my study permit which allows me to stay here for three years, or the EXPIRY on my passport which is for me to enter into Canada.
I don’t know if I send my passport to IRCC, and thenthey will issue it. Or not.
Please give me some hints, thank you!
