I need to extend my work permit. So I need help from your to clear out my path correctly.
I have 1.3 years exp in Canada.
I have an open work permit. (it's valid with my spouse's study permit validity)
I nominated for PNP Skilled Worker Steam Manitoba
I applied for federal PR on this Sept. Online Non-Express Entry.
My current visa is going to expire in 2023 APR
I can get a Work Permit Support Letter From Manitoba GOV
And My employer prefers to process LMIA for me.
So Do you know the exact path that I can apply for a work permit extension?
do I need LMIA exempt?
I don't have AOR. so Can I apply extinction with the Provincial Nomination path? with giving LMIA or LMIA exempt?
