Hi Everyone
i am currently in Canada and under spousal work permit expiring in Feb 2026 , i hear a lot of changes beginning of 2026 and OWP are shifting to employer specific permits, so my question is that should i apply under new regulations ? i have a PR application currently and it is in background check, and i need to apply Bridge work permit.
and my second question is do i need take Cellpip or IELTS for extend my Work permit ?
appreciate if someone advise me what to do.
Note: i just realized that my question is general and i am not moving from US ,so if conversation need to be moved another location thats fine
