My wife applied for family sponsorship permanent residency (out land) in March, 2020. We have not received any information or confirmation back as of yet (of course). She has been living in Canada since then on the standard eTA 6 month. We are now applying for an extension so she can remain in Canada. She is pregnant and has recieved MSP coverage so it is important she can remain in Canada.
My question is: When filling out the forms for the visa extension, should we list her reason for being in Canada as to visit or to move here permanently? As well, should we list her desired visit as under 6 months or over?
I do not want to jeopardize her application by selecting visit when it should be move, or vice versa.
