Hi guys,
I would appreciate your feedback on the following case:
My father applied for a visitor visa in order to attend a weeding for one of our relatives, but his visa was approved after the wedding and he didn't come to Canada. His visa is valid for 6 months and expires in December 2013. However, he wants to visit me in January 2014.
My question is: is there any way to extend the visa although he is outside of Canada? If not, does he have to wait until his old visa expires before he can apply for new one?
Thanks,
bubence
