I have a study permit till Jan 30 and a visa till march 30, i extended my study permit on Jan 10, I want to travel to my country and return back on Feb 27. Will it be a problem while returning to Canada?

You should be fine to return but note that you will re-enter as a visitor and not be able to study or work until your study permit extension is approved.
