extend study permit and spouse sponsership help

I need some help please

I am extending my study permit in canada that will take like 50 days in total.But I am also getting married next week.Can I apply for Study permit extension and spouse sponsership same time or should I wait for the study permit to come.I have my permit till december 2013.But the pr will not come till that time.
