I need help to apply my mom's visitor visa extension. She landed here in Canada on 28th September 2017. She has the 10 year multiple entry visa. She was supposed to travel back in December 2017. But for some reasons now she can go back only on April 6th 2018. That is hardly 12 days after she completes 6 months here.
We are planning to apply for her visa extension by the end of February. Currently the processing time for visa extension is 95 days. So currently I am confused. What will happen if we apply for visa extension and she will be leaving Canada before the application is being processed? Do she really need to do the Medicals for this 12 days? If so when do we need to do the medicals ? Will it be just after submitting the application ?
