Extend my Post Graduation Work Permit

I applied for Post Graduation Work Permit(PGWP) last year. I am eligible for 3 years of PGWP but because of my passport validation they issued PGWP for only one year. Now, I renew my passport and I want to get the reminding time of my PGWP.

I already call twice to CIC. one time they told me I have to applied paper based but another agent told I can apply online. I really confused. In the CIC website I cannot find anything.

Can you advise me please?

We have alomost similar situation like yours.

My wife recently got her 3 year PGWP but got restriction that she cannot work in health related field. She is RN from Canada and cannot work in hospital or healthcare related field ?

At the time we submitted PGWP application, the medical we submitted was in review and they issued PGWP with that restriction.
Now we're trying to change it but don't know how?
Called CIC callcenter twice- one said apply paper based application with Letter of Explanation,
Some other suggested to go to US boarder and flagpole- we did that and it was unsuccessful...the CBSA officer said they cannot amend it..we need to apply online!
Now, we have only one option left- apply paper application which will take more 3-4 months.

Please advise if anyone got any good news!
