HI ,

My spouse landed canada 4 years ago , but she did not stay in Canada very often ( less than 100 days in past 4 year ) . Can she extend Canadian card ? what will be chance she can extend Canadian card ?

She should only apply to extend the PR card once she meets the residency requirement. If she is in Canada, then she should remain in Canada without leaving until she has 730 days of residency in Canada in the last five years - and then apply for a new PR card. If she is outside of Canada, then she should return to Canada as soon as possible and hope she is not reported at the border for failing to meet the residency requirement. Assuming she enters Canada without being reported, she should then remain in Canada without leaving until she has the 730 residency days and then apply to renew her PR card.

She should not sponsor you until she meets the residency requirement.
