My PR card has expired, I did renew it. But I have not got it yet, it is under secondary-review. Can I use this expired PR card to send the family class sponsorship?
Yes - you can submit the family class sponsorship application. CIC may at some point freeze the processing of your family class application until your PR card is renewed.
