Hello Altruists,
By profession I am a doctor with 3 years of work experience. My ECA report came as ' doctor of medicine' from WES (Professional Degree). My current age is 27. With CLB 9 how much chance do I have in express entry program??? My NOC is 3112 but if I enter in canada I have no intention to build my career as a licensing doctor. My plan is to obtain Masters degree in Epidemiology. Plz tell me how much chance do I have in FSWP once the draw resumes??? Can I look into any alternative programs in canada to avail PR??? Any suggestion will be a great help.

I don’t believe you can use NOC 3112 for your primary NOC if MCC didn’t assess your degree. And this is even if you have no plans to be a doctor in Canada. Has nothing to do with licensing. See the link.

Ok. It will be low when and if draws resume. Plus you can’t use your current NOC.

any suggestion for alternative NOC ???
I don’t know your work experience? Do you have other work experience of at least one year, continuous is the last 10 years. If you got ITA and submitted without MCC ECA using NOC 3112, it would be rejected as per the link provided to you. Why can’t you get the ECA from MCC done? Has nothing to do with licensing.

For past three years I have been working as Medical Doctor, Medical Officer in different Hospital and International NGOs in Bangladesh. For entering into express entry do I need to mention my NOC ???
