Someone waiting for hearing,can the spouse in home country be applying for express entry? Will it not be complicated since the person declared the spouse in asylum claim and hoping for positive outcome.

It wont complicate spouse express entry application since that is economic stream.
Depends on how high your score is and also if draws are taking place. So far there have been no FSW draws this year.

There is another forum call Express Entry/ Round of invitation. Its easy to follow through there and there could be important updates with regard to EE.
Depends if your CRS is above cut off time after EE round of invitation, receiving ITA doesnt take time if your score is above.
