I had applied for study visa twice back in 2013 and 2016 but my application got refused. Now I want to apply for express entry and preparing for it. Will my previous study refusals cause me any problem in my express entry application. Study Visa refusal reasons were that: your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans. Please give me your wise opinions on applying for express entry successfully.

Yes, you can apply for EE without any issues. You just need to be truthful and explain the reason for the refusal in the personal history's statutory declaration section.
