I have the post graduate work permit

In that case you cannot claim job offer points. You can only claim job offer points under Express Entry / FSW if your employer gets an approved LMIA.

Am already in Canada working as a supply or casual teacher at the Catholic School board n other private daycares do i still need LMIA

No - it doesn't mean that. You can count this as work experience for work experience points - you just can't claim the 50 points for having a job offer.

But when i checked the CRS without the job offer i had 476. Do I still need to go and write the IELET again

If you are sure that your points are 476 with your work experience then no need for a rewrite. I will say do confirm your points once again. From the scores that you quoted above, they seem to be really low to me.
