Hi everyone,
I am Shamim doing post-doc at the University of Montreal. I did my Ph.D. in Japan. I did complete M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Bangladesh.
I like to apply for Express entry. I will apply for ECA for Ph.D.
Is it necessary to evaluate (ECA) for M.Sc & B.Sc. simultaneously?

Hope you are doing great.

I am A B M Shamim Ul Hasan from Montreal. I am working as the postdoctoral fellow at University de Montreal.

I had completed my Ph.D. in system engineering from Japan. I came to Canada last January 2018 and my job offer/work permit is available up to next January 2020. But now I am very interested to apply for Express entry VISA application. Could anyone please give me any brief suggestions regarding my probable chances of getting PR by Express entry VISA application from Quebec/ from other provinces of Canada?

I will deeply appreciate any reply from anybody.
