Hello everyone

I am Mohib and I want to apply for Canada Immigration through skilled worker.
I am an Electrical Engineer with four years of experience, I got my WES degree evaluation as well as my IELTs result.
My NOC is SkillA, Ielts 7 bands.I have already created my account on MYCIC.

Further I need expert opinion,

1. What else should be ready with me to start the application on MYCIC?
2. When I'll need the finance statement? Finance statement is mandatory for Express entry only or for both Provincial nominee and Express entry?
3. Should I apply through provincial nominee or direct Skilled worker express entry, or both I can apply?
4. In June 2016 I will complete my four years of experience so can I write four years experience from now or should I write exact?
5. I heard from somewhere that the working hours also matter, i.e I worked for three years 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. So this will be counted as three years or there is some kind of conversion of working hour as per the Canadian Working hour rule or something, so that my experience could be more?

Your quick response will be highly appreciated. In case someone can help me through all this you may contact me through watsapp 00966501593865 add me.

Regards

1. Yes those are sufficient to create a profile.
2. Required for both
3. Try for both as your ielts is bit low and can pull down your score. Calculate your crs and than decide.
4. Exact
5. As per me their is minimum requirements to work hours but working more may not translate to more experience. I am not 100percent sure to this

StAnger is on the money. To elaborate on the 5th point, the max you can get credited is for 30 hours of work per week for 52 weeks a year = 1560 hours worked per year. So even if you work over 30 hours a week, it won't count as over a year of experience. Here's the source, go see for yourself and decide what it means -

Best wishes to you.
