EXPRESS ENTRY--WORK EXPERIENCE CONFUSION

Hi guys!

i got a LMIA for PR support application. but i was bit confuse about my work experience as i am working as store manager in local company at my place since 5 years. I have all proof and documents to support my work experience. Do you think CIC will accept that experience as valid or genuine?
As i heard from so many people that cic only accept experience from MNC or big companies.

That's nonsense. Don't know who these "many people" are, but you should definitely not take advice from them. CIC does not discriminate based on the size of the company you work in.

You need to get reference letters from your employer in a prescribed format. Please see this link under "Proof of Work Experience" to understand what is required:
