May i ask how severe your condition is ?mine is my right hand is not straight , but I can do any thing with my hands , I am very confused whether to tell them about my disease or should hide it , but what would I say about my hand?

No I haven't given medical test yet , because I didn't get any notification from canadian embassy for medical

Hiding would be misrepresentation and subject to a ban. The panel physician will know during the exam if your hand is not straight.
