I would like to ask you if anyone knows if I can apply to canada through express entry with my conjugal partner.
I am reading on the site but there is no clear statement saying that this case is accepted.

No - not possible. You can only include a spouse (someone you are married to) or a common law partner (someone you have lived with continuously for at least one full year).
