Dear friends.. My CEC app. Is in progress , waiting for medicals for last 11 months ..
Now planning to apply under express entry as I m not sure about the result of my cec app.

Pls share ur thoughts.. Currently in Canada on BOWP..

You have to withdraw your application if you receive an ITA. Besides you need to pay a new application fee.

But there is no harm in creating an EE profile, you will cross the bridge once you get there.

Thanks AAA .. you mean CEC application withdraw ? My plan is if I submit the profile now for EE they will take a month or so to decide then they
will give 2 months to submit new application ? By that time I should hear something about my CEC app.. wht do u think on this plan?

Hi,
you will not get ITA if you have already got AOR under CEC.

i think you are wrong on this my friend.
You can apply in EE , and when u get invited , its your call to withdraw one of the CEC application

I'm not saying you can't apply. You can apply but you will not get ITA if your previous application is already in process (AOR).

This is just a discussion, partly based on phone conversations with call centre staff, who are unreliable.

You can apply again. If/when you need to withdraw a previous application, you will be informed by CIC.
