I am in a fix with regards to OINP versus Express Entry. I applied to Express Entry on Feb 23, 2017 and I received NOI from OINP on same day. My CRS is 423. My spouse is also in process of getting her ECA and IELTS done which may add approx 15-20 points to my CRS.
With the Express Entry cut off scores falling to 434 as per last Mar 1, 2017 draw, does it make sense to apply for OINP PNP - only consideration being processing times of OINP (approx 4-5 months) and fee of CAD 1500.
Please advise.
