I submitted my express entry application on 19th October, I just wanted to know generally how long does it takes to change the status or update on the profile.

no one can tell you that. could be anywhere from starting 3 weeks then waiting a month then in a day. you have to keep monitoring. Logging in once or every two days should be more than enough. there won't be more than 8-9 changes in total
