My wife wants to apply for a family reunion with me. She is living in the US as a Greencard holder. And at the same time, I might be chosen in EE FSW soon with 469-472 points in case I choose that my spouse is not accompanying me. (I'm really close to getting 8777 on Ielts)
1) She is a Greencard holder and is unable to leave the US for more than 6 months otherwise, she may lose her GC and additionally, she doesn't wanna lose her job there and waits for the US citizenship: Are these reasons serious enough so that my EE points won't be reduced because of my spouse and I could choose that she is not accompanying me?
2) May my EE application be rejected by a Canadian officer just because I'm migrating to Canada through FSW while waiting for a family reunion to the US?
What would you recommend in this situation?
