It doesn't makes sense, your profile should be accepted.
I just tried to look into my EE submission to see areas where you could've gone wrong. Did you maybe check a wrong box or select a wrong option with the criteria about canadian education or qualification as yes maybe ?

No, didnt do it, I am thinking of creating a new profile under different email id.

Actually submitted a new profile under the same account, it got accepted. Still don't know what happened with the first one, may be because I started the profile long back and completed it today. Thank you all for your help.
