Express Entry Spouse not coming to Canada

I am getting CRS point 438 with "spouse accompanying me while going to Canada" and 446 points while she does not come to Canada with me.
What are the consequences later to bring my wife and daughter to Canada?

You will have to become a PR and then sponsor them. Sponsorship takes about a year, and there are various requirements you will have to meet.

Certainly possible to do this, just know that you will have to be apart for a year or longer. You cannot leave Canada and go live with them while the process runs through - you can make a short trip (~2 weeks), but you have to be here for the rest of the time.
