1. If one decides to apply for PR with a spouse accompanying, and both intend to work in CA, should both partners need ECA and language tests to be done?
2. Can we start two separate express entry profiles? If one of them gets approved down the line, does that mean the other spouse has to wait for 1 year to move to CA? Share pros and cons if you know.
