Yes you can send a cancellation letter and also if you have your UCI number you can get your account linked back to your GC account

Hi, thanks for the reply. i applied last april on express entry, and i got the letter saying my exam got expired while on process of application.. and now i took the ielts again and got the new score, but i want to update my application and post the new English test and want to cancel my paid representative. do i need to create a new account?

You can raise a CSE using the same form and inform that you want to remove the representative
