Express Entry Rejected - please help

my express entry profile got rejected. Cic posted the following message .

Police Certificate:
o The Police certificate from India that you provided with your application is not

acceptable. Your application contained only the stamped passport page relating to the issued Police Certificate. Please verify our website in order to determine the required document. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-ce

seniors , please help and advise what document was supposed to be uploaded.

Are you applying from within India, or outside India? Either way, the instructions are crystal clear on the link that you have posted..
hope you get the certificate in the proper format next time..
do not get disheartened.. and apply again... dive into the pool!!

Did you get the Indian PCC from PSK?

I am applying from within Canada . My mistake was I didn't notice a letter was supposed to be issued at the consulate

If applying from Canada, you will get PCC from BLS india. They give a stamp and a copy attached to your passport. You need to colour scan it and attach in PCC holder. And stamp of PCC on passport should be attached where all stamped pages are put.
You can still raise a CSE and explain them about the error.
And on the same time create a new profile at the earliest
