Express Entry question

I am thinking of submitting file next month and due to Pandemic reasons my one document is pending to be evaluated. All my other documents were evaluated last year, the educational document that is pending does not make difference in my CRS score which is 460. Should I wait for the documents to be evaluated or should I proceed with my last year's evaluation? Please help

I have 4 year Bachelors in Nursing and one years of certificate degree in PSW from Canada. Will this count as Two or more certificates, diploma or degree in Express Entry Points Calculations? Additionally, I also have 2 years Associates degree in Health Science in US which is currently under process to be evaluated by WES.

I seem to remember that an ECA last 5 years there is no reason that you can't use your previous evaluation especially if your CRS doesn't change.
If by the time your new ECA arrives you haven't yet received an ITA then you can always update your profile.
