I am currently working in Canada for more than a year now although not in a skilled NOC at the moment. My question is, are the skilled NOC the only ones given points for Canadian work experience (under CRS – Skill transferability factors)? I tried updating my profile for express entry indicating that I am currently working in Canada and still haven't given me points for it. Would definitely help adding up some points if they could credit my work experience here in Canada. :(

Ofcourse, you can make changes to your profile like IELTS score or any life event that might occur while your profile is active.
Can you share me some specific link from CIC .

Hi Experts,

Can I add my Indian Work Experience in my EE Profile?

If yes, how can I do that, while adding work history it's asking for NOC Code. Is it the same with My Current Canadian NOC 2171?

Thanks

Yes you can

While you're working in India, you might have some job title right, select that job title and search for NOC code and select that one. If you worked with the same job title before and now then select the same NOC code

Hello Guys,

Can anyone advise me on Express entry please?

I am about to create a profile and I already have my IELTS and ECA.

Question is: does my wife need IELTS too? As I will be the primary applicant.

Thanks in advance guys.

Kind Regards,

Parthi

Not necessary your spouse will have IELTS. but having IELTS, it will increase your score max by 20 points

Hi ,

I have some questions regarding express entry.Hope to get the reply soon.

1) I have around 6-6.5 years of working experience and worked in number of companies/firms. All my employers are not giving me the experience letters including my last company in which i worked. My question is can i use the bank statements/ Provident Fund Statements (Salary transferred in bank account) in place of experience letter as proof.

2) I want to know is there any specific language needed for experience letter.

3) Is it necessary to have job offer from canada.

4.) I have no job right now, is it a negative in my application.

Thanks in advance

hi
i jus want to make sure about my CELPIP scores
am i eligible or no?
speaking 7
listening 9
writing 6
reading 8

I guess it's minimum 7 each in all 4 sections of CELPIP.

Better you do a eligibility test online in CIC, if eligible, they will give a reference number, using which you will create the profile.
