Express Entry Profile rejected

Hi Everyone,

Can you please help me as I just created the profile and it says rejected. Here are my details
1. Age - 35,
2. ECA - Bachelors and One-year diploma done
3. IELTS - LSRW - 8/8/7.5/7.5
4. Work Experience - 12 Years in BPOs
5. Profile - Senior Operations Manager
6. NOC - 0114
7. Spouse's Age - 27
8. Spouse ECA - Bachelors done
9. No IELTS and Work history for spouse
10. CIC CRS calculator is showing 421

Please guide me in the right direction as I am not able to figure out, where I am going wrong.

Check your profile one more time and make sure ALL entries are correct especially WES (educ assessment) and IELTS. My sister just filed few days ago and got rejected after few minutes. She made a mistake on the question for WES.

She tried again and it’s good now.

Agree redo. Redoing might even raise your score. If not l, then ask your spouse to take ielts and it may hopefully give u a boost from 421 to 440 which may secure ita for u in upcoming draws. I wish u all the best

Make sure you chose the correct number of hours and "continuous" work experience of at least 1 year. Have your spouse take IELTS to increase your score.

Check your eligibility against six selection factors. You need 67 points to be eligible for Express Entry. If you fall short then you can consider IELTS for your spouse. Even 4.5 band will give you 5 adaptability points to get your required 67 points.
If you are scoring 67 points but still cannot open EE profile then check if you are entering correct info about working hours or not. Also check maintenance fund. For family of two(including you) you need CAD $15531.
