Express Entry Profile Not getting submitted after new rules

Hi Guys

After 19 Nov 2016, when i logged into cic, i saw my profile status as "UPDATE NOT SUBMITTED".
When i went into my profile, my scores are accoridng to old rules showing 460, also, My Educational details and Work Experience forms are not getting transmitted.
I update both forms with new questions asked, but still not able to transmit changes. There is no option of transmitting changes coming when you save and exit your profile.
Is it happening with others too ?
Please let me know.

Hi Guys,

My profile did get submitted after answering new questions but when I logged back in the status (Under View Submitted Applications) shows as "In Progress". The points didn't change either still at 463. The issue is similar to the one listed above. Please help anyone.

Nothing will help you at this point in time. I have called up CIC and even they are clueless. I am also in the same boat, currently standing at 468 and should be at 503. I was able to answer all the new questions but what I see is "UPDATE NOT SUBMITTED"

Hello there,

I got my ITA on November 16, 2016. When I have checked my profile to fill some information , i saw that the " Two or more certificate option is not there" is it normal?

Friends, seems like they fixed it. I had this issue and was waiting for past few days, today morning when I checked again "CONTINUE" button was present and I was able to submit my application. Finally got a confirmation message stating, "Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your application or profile".
Everyone, do check your application again.
