Can you please help me figure out what should i put in my Express entry profile, i am married and my wife is PR, when asked will this person accompany you to canada, i am confused on wether to answer yes or no in this regard as I am afraid to be considered in Misrepresentation

Give me suggestions whether i put as accompanying or non accompanying please as there is confusing opinion on the internet ?

This is the link to the ministerial instructions for express entry profile and the quote pertaining to my case …

“”1 The following definitions apply in these Instructions.

“accompanying spouse or common-law partner”
« époux ou conjoint de fait accompagnant l’étranger »

“accompanying spouse or common-law partner”, in respect of a foreign national, means the foreign national’s spouse or common-law partner who is accompanying him or her to Canada and who is not a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident.””

It’s good to check all the details carefully when preparing an Express Entry profile, especially when a spouse already has PR status.
Having the right documents and accurate information can make the process much easier to manage.
For anyone organizing related records, Lee FL Records Research can also be a useful resource for local information.
Keeping everything updated and consistent may help avoid delays during the application process.
