I have Canadian education and work experience (NOC A). due to covid and new restrictions, I am stuck in India and cannot go back to Canada soon. ( I do have a valid work permit and visa).
I want to apply for CEC. While creating the profile I saw a field "Country of residence (required)"
my question is:
1. what should I fill here? according to me, it should be India but I have been staying in Canada for the last 3 years and came to India to visit my family.
2. Can I apply from India without any complications? If I submit my profile selecting India, and after I receive ITA, will there be any problem going back before getting PR? Do I have to stay here until my process is finished? Can I go back in the meantime and apply from there after receiving my Invitation in India?
