Express Entry profile crashes

Hell everybody,
Since I created my profile, my profile crashes every time I try to login. Sometimes, it allows me to login but most of the times, it crashes and it's been 3 months already with the same issue.
Is it normal? Anybody has same issue?

No not normal. Suggest you create a new login account and EE profile.

Mine too crashes often.....when I go past gckey login....it lets me into Terms and conditions page ..and then back to cic home page...I am ony successful only after 3 to four attempts.
