Hi,

I graduated from a Master's degree program in Ontario, and currently working full time as a financial auditor for 1 year with PGWP.
As such, I am planning to create EE profile on IRCC.
However, due to my age, I will only get around 400 CRS points, which is way below the minimum points for draws.

My second option is to apply for Ontario Master's degree stream in 2020, although it would be a bit of luck.
The ONIP page for application process states that after an applicant gets the NOI for the Master's degree stream, he or she can go through EE profile.
My question is, could I flip the steps, where I create EE profile first, and then try to secure a slot for Ontario Master's degree stream next year? It is because I also want to work on improving my CRS points during the time for any chances. If I am correct, I read EE profile can be updated after creation.

Thanks in advance.

OINP Master stream is paper based application. It has nothing to do with EE. You are mixing up OINP Master with OINP HCP

That being said, you should totally go for OINP Master if it's difficult for you to boost your CRS

Thanks a lot for the answer!

Still I am not sure though.
Could I wait for OINP Master to be open and go for EE at the same time? It is because I also want to try to boost CRS, just in case.
Or I should go for OINP Master only?

They are two completely separate program, not related in any way. OINP Master doesn't help you boost CRS in EE.
You can go for one or both, it's entirely up to you

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I really appreciate.

Sorry I wasn't clear enough, but to boost CRS, I am going to take another IELTs test to get higher points than current ones, and include my spouse's English test results, which we don't have currently.
Anyways, It is now clear I can do both of EE and OINP Master separately at the same time. Thanks.
