I received my invitation some days ago and the problem is that 3 years ago I applied for visitiory visa through an agent and I got rejected . Back in the time I got into huge problems with that agent and he refused to give me any information about my profile and the reason of rejection. I have no access to that person any more and I dont even have my UCI , so I am really worried and devasted what to do about all the misrepresentation that will appear comparing my two applications with 3 years gap.
Has anyone been in the same situation? Any experiences? I am terribly worried about rejection of my current application.
