Express Entry PPR Delayed. Is it due to COVID-19 ?

Hi I have received a PPR on 12th March and I sent my passport on 16th March to Ottawa and it reached there on 19th March 2020.
But I have not heard anything after that.
Am I the only person or is there anyone else too whose approval is delayed too.
I have called IRCC today morning but the machine voice said,"Our service is unavailable currently due to covid-19".
I am little bit scared too.

Any thoughts !! any experience !! anyone in the same boat !! ???
