I have created express entry account(pool) twice already, and I've been expected to receive an invitation, however last night I found that the status has been in ineligible since last Jan.
So I just want to know if it's possible for me to make or open another account to make another express entry pool.. I'm worried if there will be disadvantages or limits in order to do so..
Please give me heads up for me.
