I tried searching IRCC website but couldn't find the answer I was looking for. Hoping to see if anyone else had similar situation.
My wife and I lived in US and Canada for past 9 years and 10 months (since Aug, 2009) in total. The website says that we need PCC for past 10 years.
Does anyone know if the 10 years start from the ITA date? or is it 10 calendar years?
Do we need to get Police certificates from INDIA (for living till Aug, 2009)?
We are expecting ITA in the next draw (probably mid or end of June).
I heard that getting PCC from INDIA is a longer process. I'm trying to see if we can avoid it.
